Unik Wellness Limited t/a Unik (we, us or our) is glad to welcome you to its website www.unikcare.co (Website) and mobile application (Application). The Website and Application provide you with recommendations and data about vitamins and dietary supplements (Unik) and is a retail store for Unik products.
In the course of carrying out our activities we will collect, store, use and disclose personal data. This includes protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your Data in compliance with, in particular and where applicable, the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (“Ordinance”).Before using and providing your Data for the purposes as set out in this Privacy Statement, we may be required by law to obtain your written consent, and in such cases, only after having obtained such written consent, may we use your Data in the manner as specified.

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to the Website and users of the Application, and customers who have purchased a subscription to our services (you or your). By visiting our Website, or purchasing a subscription, or using our Application you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. You warrant and represent that you will only disclose personal data that relates to you and not disclose personal data of any third party without their prior written consent.

We collect and hold personal data (as defined in the Ordinance) about individuals for the provision of our products and services and purposes connected to those products and services.
Consistent with the provision of our products and services, the types of personal data we may collect and hold includes an individual’s name, e-mail address, phone number, gender, age, address and postcode. We may also collect health data (data about your short-term and long-term health goals, diet, lifestyle, views about health/wellness, and medical conditions and medication, and details of any Unik products that you take and/or that we provide to you). If you do not provide personal data, we may not be able to provide the products or services that you have requested.
How we collect and hold personal data
We may collect personal data:
(a) directly from you in the course of providing our services (including without limitation when you complete a survey on our website and/or provide us feedback related to our services);
(b) from the Website and Application (including, without limitation, IP addresses, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages and what sections of the Website you visit); and/or
(c) from cookies, which are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s or mobile device’s hard drive so that your computer will “remember” data about your visit. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your device such as computer or mobile phone, until you delete them) to help us collect data and to enhance your experience using the services. Access and correction
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure any personal data we collect, use or disclose is up to date and accurate. If you believe personal data we hold about you is not up to date or accurate, you may ask us to correct it.
You may ask us to correct your personal data, provide you with details of the personal data we hold about you, and copies of that personal data. We will respond to your request and attempt to provide you with the personal data within a reasonable time.
If we provide you with copies of the personal data you have requested, we may charge you a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of providing you with that personal data.
